Payment Timeline:
The first deposit to be paid from May 2008
2nd deposit due - June 2008
3rd deposit due - July 2008
Final Payment - August 2008
Full payment will be accepted in advance of these dates.
PLEASE NOTE: Failure to make these payments will result in your booking being cancelled and loss of all monies paid. Deposits are non-transferable or refundable for any reason. All guests must be 20 years and over (ID will be required).
Insurance
Urban Events Ltd. recommends that you take out your own personal travel insurance to cover the duration of your stay.
Coach Information
If you would like to travel by coach, an additional £20.00 (per person) will be charged.
